General & Wallet▾
Which networks are supported?
Vandra supports 10 EVM networks: Ethereum, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism, Polygon, Avalanche, BNB Smart Chain, Linea, Sonic and Mantle. You can send and receive crypto on any of these networks using your Vandra wallet address.
What happens if someone sends me crypto from a network that isn't supported?
Don't worry — your funds are not lost. They are still on your wallet address, just on a network that Vandra doesn't display. To access them, export your wallet key or seed phrase from the Wallet tab and import it into any wallet app that supports that network (for example, MetaMask or Rabby). Your funds will be right there.

How does futures trading work?
Vandra lets you trade perpetual futures (perps) — a type of derivative that lets you speculate on the price of an asset without actually owning it. You can go long (bet the price goes up) or short (bet the price goes down) on a wide range of trading pairs.
To start trading, you need to fund your trading account with USDC on the Arbitrum network only. If you send any other token or use a different network, your funds may be lost and cannot be recovered.
Trading futures involves significant financial risk. You can lose some or all of your money. Prices move fast, and leverage amplifies both gains and losses. Make sure you understand how trading works before you start, and never trade more than you can afford to lose.
Convert▾
How long does a cross-chain convert take?
Cross-chain conversions take longer than regular conversions on the same network. When you convert tokens across different networks, the conversion has to move through bridges — special services that connect one network to another. Each step in this process is a separate transaction that needs to be confirmed on the blockchain. This means a cross-chain conversion can take anywhere from a few minutes to over an hour, depending on network congestion and the number of bridges involved.
During this time, you can track the progress on the Convert tab. Just wait — your funds are on their way.
Are cross-chain conversions more expensive?
Yes, cross-chain conversions usually have higher fees than conversions within the same network. This is because the conversion needs to pay for multiple transactions across different networks and bridge services. The exact fee depends on the networks involved and current network conditions. You'll always see the expected fee before confirming the conversion.
Can I close the app or switch tabs while a convert is in progress?
Yes. Once you confirm a conversion, it runs on the blockchain — not in your browser. You can safely close the tab, reload the page, or switch to another section of the app. When the conversion completes, the tokens will arrive in your wallet and appear in your balances and transaction history.
If something goes wrong and the conversion can't be completed, your funds are not lost — they will be returned to your wallet automatically.
